The home is wonderful, clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of space for our group of 8. Would highly recommend!

Only had one brief phone call on if I could check in early and another that notified me someone was coming to fix the hot tub (which we thought was already working fine). Both members of the team were kind and helpful while relaying the necessary information.

The chalet as we called it, exceeded our already lofty expectations. The only hiccups we ever encountered were nothing more than minor inconveniences and hopefully we will be able to come back in the future.

This may be the best appointed rental that we have stayed in. This place had everything that we needed for our stay up to and including games to play when your legs give out from skiing. The hosts were responsive and the check in and out were seamless. Aside from that the location is great if you are looking for a quiet stay away from hustle and bustle of the Town Center and Mountain Village. Right next to the golf course which means that you are right next to the groomed xc ski trails, literally walk out the door, cross the street and click in to your skis. These trails are groomed by Lone Mountain Ranch so don't forget to get your trails pass online from them. In 15 minutes you can be in the parking lot at the mountain where you can enjoy what is arguably the best skiing in the US. I've been skiing Big Sky since the late 70's and they just keep raising the bar.

The staff at Two Pines Properties is amazing. They sent prompt emails explaining checkin/checkout procedures. They sent informative emails about rental cars, shuttles, grocery delivery, etc. and included coupon code. They checked on us during our stay and promptly rectified any situation that we had (which was very minimal). Great customer service!

We absolutely had a fabulous family ski trip and one of the highlights was the choice of housing. This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It was spacious and clean. The views of Lone Peak and the ski slopes are amazing. It was a quiet property and we never heard any noise from other guests. The kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.
