With a family full of self-starters and entrepreneurs, it was of course in the cards that an entrepreneurial future for Alex lay ahead, right? With a background in marketing and guest services, and a passion to learn and study pretty much everything she can, Alex knows what guests and owners alike are looking for when it comes to partnering with a property management company. When she’s not training others on the team about the art of “non-negotiable ambiance” that each rental must-have for guests’ arrivals, she’s down at the river playing fetch with her lab and spending time with Wes and their baby girl, Hope.

When you partner with Two Pines, your whole mentality about guest services will change for the better because of Wes. Wes has an extensive background in property management and guest services from all over the country and has worked for world-class resorts in Telluride, CO, and Jackson Hole, WY. Going above and beyond for owners and guests is truly what makes this guy happy. (You should ask him about the time several elderly ladies couldn’t get the DVD player to work in a rental and after Wes showed up and provided directions, they begged him to stay and watch the movie with them!) Wes wants to be your first best friend in Big Sky if you’re new to the area…lucky you!

As the Executive Housekeeping Manager, Jake brings dedication and a keen eye for detail to ensure our properties are impeccably maintained. Originally from Texas, Jake has embraced the beauty of Montana since 2019. His passion for travel and exploring Montana’s majestic peaks drives his commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for all of our guests.

Property management is serious business and Jade is our comic relief in it all. Jade has worked his way up from a starting position as an inspector to our new Operations Manager. Jade’s attention to detail, thoroughness, and positivity are what help us create the ‘magic’ in each guest’s stay. There is no problem too small to slip through Jade’s attentive eye. His positive attitude is crucial to creative problem solving. Our staff, clients, and guests undoubtedly benefit from Jade’s consistent and hard work ethic. There aren’t many people you can say that they’re a joy to be around whether he is in an operations meeting, client meetings, vendor meetings or in his daily round of golf.

Scott grew up in mountains of Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado with a business degree. Which has brought him much success in Big Sky (being the former owner of Lone Peak Cinema- now The Independent), as well as success in his leadership with Two Pines. Through his natural born talents of leadership, Scott has enjoyed fulfilling his passion for skiing by being a ski instructor for 8 years in Big Sky. Scott enjoys our Big Sky community activities with his wife and two kids. If you have questions about hockey, snowmobiling, rafting with your family, mountian biking, hiking, camping or golfing… Scott is your guy!

Adley joined our team in March 2023 as the remote Guest Services Manager. Adley’s caring attitude and fierce personality make her the perfect person to care for our guests and lead our Guest Services Team. As someone who travels constantly, she understands the role of a hostess and looks forward to ensuring guests are well cared for when visiting Big Sky. She loves riding Ramcharger 8 lift to Everett’s 8800 for truffle fries with a view of Lone Mountain and Cricket Taco Night at Tres Toros Tacos in Town Center. Big Sky has earned a place in her heart and she looks forward to sharing her love of our community with you!

Sohl is a Georgia resident, mother to two wonderful children, and a cherished senior dog. Originally from the salon and spa industry, Sohl embarked on a new chapter when she joined Two Pines in August 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a testament to her love for language and literature.Sohl’s heart finds joy in family moments, whether it’s crafting with her kids or exploring diverse cuisines. She values the power of books and believes in the importance of lifelong learning. Beyond her family life, Sohl is deeply committed to social justice reform, cultural competency, and mental health awareness. Sohl believes in the transformative power of words to inspire change and empathy, and will integrate these skills into her role as a Guest Services Agent at Two Pines. Her favorite things about Big Sky is its remote charm and awe-inspiring views. 

Hayley joined Two Pines in July, 2023 as a remote Guest Services Agent from Alabama. As of June 2024 she is now and Owner Services Representative. She has both a Nursing and Massage Therapist License. She brings with her decades of experience from her family-owned property management company. Hayley is passionate about connecting with our guests and using her Southern hospitality to ensure they have an exceptional Two Pines experience. She cherishes spending time with her daughter, cat, and two dogs. Her favorite hobbies include fashion design, listening to music, and traveling the world. She has taken a dip in both the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. Hayley’s broad background, considerate nature, and enthusiastic sense of adventure contribute to her exceptional performance as a Guest Services Agent. When visiting Big Sky, Hayley loves enjoying a hot pizza from Blue Moon Bakery and relaxing outside in a hot tub overlooking Lone Mountain after a long day of exploring.

Kat joined our Two Pines team in May, 2023. She is a huge animal lover and travel enthusiast. She comes to us from Birmingham, Alabama originally. She has always been one to take on an adventure, whether that be moving to Alaska in the middle of winter or flying to Africa for a month to work with cheetahs and other big cats. She has spent about a decade working with animals and is excited about a career in the travel industry. Kat has a big shepherd lab mix named Bear, who attends almost all of these adventures with her. When in Big Sky her favorite activities are horseback riding and exploring Yellowstone National Park.

As a Bozeman native and proud 4th generation Montanan, Big Sky has become Jacob’s favorite place in the world as it shows off the best of every Montana season. Working with Two Pines Properties allows me the opportunity to play a part in others experiencing the same. He secretly geeks out over logistics and enjoys data entry which provides him the opportunity to work in his sweet spot by supporting operations. In Jacob’s free time, he loves spending time with family-enjoying long, beautiful summer evenings in the Big Sky Town Center. He is an avid hiker and hunter and enjoys volunteering at their local church helping out in the children’s ministry.

Jaclyn headed to Montana to satisfy her need for adventure and travel! Two Pines helps facilitate the joy of travel and adventure via the many people to be met in Big Sky and giving guests an amazing travel experience of their own. Some fun facts are Jaclyn is very good at jewelry making and silversmithing. She loves camping, backpacking, being outdoors, rockhounding, and a healthy obsession for cats and pizza.
