Located in the heart of the area’s best vacation experiences, it provides easy access to world-class skiing and the vibrant town center. Plus, enjoy the clubhouse with a gym, game room, and more. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an action-packed adventure, this condo offers everything you need for the ultimate mountain escape.

In the winter, step outside the back door to hop onto the cross-country ski trail that runs along 85+ km of world-class trails groomed to perfection. After a day of skiing, alpine or Nordic, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace with an enlightening book and your favorite bourbon. Capture the mood by connecting to the Bluetooth Soundbar in the living room or conquer a different board game or puzzle each night with the extended on-site collection. Ready for more? Next door, the community center offers a kitchen, work-out room, and entertainment area to shoot pool or watch TV.

In the summer, dip your toes in the stream out the back door before you pedal into town on the mountain biking trail. Sitting on the balcony, enjoy glimpses of Big Sky’s golf driving range and look for moose wandering in the open space. You are minutes away from Big Sky's Community Park, to romp in the playground, summit the climbing wall, and play soccer or tennis. Stroll home along the hiking trail by the West Fork of the Gallatin River, and cool off in the community pool right next door.

The private garage is attached to the building, granting internal access to the building. The garage is spacious to hold all equipment in the winter months and all of your hiking gear in the summers!

HOA Rules and Regulations
* Quiet hours on the SPC campus are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Warming vehicles, particularly diesel, is prohibited. This rule applies to the pool and clubhouse area as well.

* No signage or banners of any kind may be displayed in windows, on patios, or decks.
This includes, but is not limited to, small real estate signs (i.e., approximately 8” x 12”) with accompanying literature are permitted in the exterior entryway of the applicable unit.

* Garage doors must be kept closed when they are not in use. All garages are heated and freezing of pipes within garage walls happens quickly. Garages also need to be shut to prevent the attraction of animals (bears included) and thieves.

* Parking is provided for owners and their guests only. Only two vehicles are allowed per unit. No trailers of any kind are allowed on campus. Large vehicles such as Sprinter Vans and long bed trucks should be parked in overflow parking. Vehicles must be moved after every snow event to allow for snow removal. All Parking Rules and Regulations must be followed.

* Renters are not allowed to have pets under any circumstances.

* Pool and Clubhouse users must clean up after themselves. Every user of the pool must maintain the pool area in a neat and clean way and remove any and all refuse. Any dishware or other items left in the Clubhouse that does not belong to the Clubhouse will be thrown away. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse or pool area at any time.

* The trash dumpsters are for the exclusive use of the owners, renters, and permitted
occupants ONLY! DO NOT PUT HOT ASHES IN DUMPSTERS!

* SPC Declaration prohibits open fires or explosive devices on SPC property. This makes lighting or discharging of any fireworks on SPC PROPERTY, STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times.

Amenities
The complex this property is located in has a Recreation building for its residents and guests. There is a work-out facility that is available year-round and a pool/hot tub that are available only during the summer season (typically July 1 through Labor Day weekend). An access code will be provided for this facility, once you have a confirmed reservation. Two Pines does NOT manage these amenities and are not responsible for any unexpected closures.

Spanish Peaks Number 08 was the perfect condo for our family get together. Kids enjoyed the community pool, hiked scenic trails nearby and walked to town. The condo was very clean, had a great kitchen, comfortable beds, game closet, and balcony chairs. Two Pines staff were amazing from check-in to check-out. We plan to return for ski season.

Coming back home, everyone appreciated leaving their ski equipment in the warmed garage and preparing meals in the well stocked kitchen, where many spices are also included. The kids loved all the games and toys available. We had a most enjoyable time in this charming, impeccably clean, well organized, decorated home.  Since it sleeps 10, we plan on making it a yearly event with our growing family. We also plan to rent this property minutes away from hiking trails, fishing, golfing, and day trips to Yellowstone National  Park next summer. All and all, the accommodation contributed in making our vacation a memorable one. Highly recommended!

Excellent AirBnb! Close to Big Sky resort and town. The property had a great layout and perfect size for 8 adults on a ski trip. Some highlights were the wood burning fireplace, big windows and plenty of natural light, and well organized and stocked kitchen. Again the layout was great having the common area on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. I would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived the boiler electrical circuit was tripped. So we went the entire first day without heat and one of your guys arrived late evening (maybe 10 or 11pm) and corrected the breaker (we did not think to check the breakers) and he also got all the space heaters out of the closets for us which was nice of him. The boiler took nearly 24-30 hours to get up to temperature and once that happened (we burned a lot of wood in the meantime) things were more comfortable.

Great Place for everything that Big Sky has to offer.

This may be the best appointed rental that we have stayed in. This place had everything that we needed for our stay up to and including games to play when your legs give out from skiing. The hosts were responsive and the check in and out were seamless. Aside from that the location is great if you are looking for a quiet stay away from hustle and bustle of the Town Center and Mountain Village. Right next to the golf course which means that you are right next to the groomed xc ski trails, literally walk out the door, cross the street and click in to your skis. These trails are groomed by Lone Mountain Ranch so don't forget to get your trails pass online from them. In 15 minutes you can be in the parking lot at the mountain where you can enjoy what is arguably the best skiing in the US. I've been skiing Big Sky since the late 70's and they just keep raising the bar.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Had 5 guys for an annual guys trip to Big Sky. Able to get to the mountain in 15 minutes and several great dinner spots within 2 miles. Definitely try the Horn and Cantle which is just 1 mile away from the place.

Lovely unit as advertised, spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Our group of five adults and four young kids was very comfortable. Although it's a townhouse, it's really nice to have the end unit with a side entrance and views on three sides. It's close to the pool and community center which were both closed due to Covid. We were initially disappointed but there is so much to do in the area, we didn't miss having a pool (and it likely made the patio quieter).

Easy hikes start right out the door--meadow below the start of the Reflector trail was absolutely beautiful. Wildflower heaven!

Management company was very responsive to questions. Easy check in with door code. We'd come back!

We really had a great time, and it's one of the best condos we've stayed at. The multiple thermostats let us customize how warm we wanted the different areas, and maintained a consistent temperature throughout. There was lots of comfortable space to hang out, the kitchen was large and well equipped, the washer and dyer are top notch, it was great having our cars in the garage, and there were thoughtful touches (a good selection of board games, a basket of blankets for curling up on the couch, etc) throughout. Communication was good, they reached out to make sure everything was going well, and replies were fast. It was an excellent experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We love staying at Spanish Peaks Club Condos when we come to Big Sky. We have been staying in one unit or another for 10 years. This unit managed by Two Pines is absolutely up to the standards we have come to expect. The furnishings are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the space is roomy for our family of 4 plus our daughter's friend. Everything was perfect, and we will booking again in the future.
