Welcome to Black Eagle 22! *Neighborhood currently undergoing construction at a reasonable distance. The East entrance is blocked and closed until Summer 2025, but the West Entrance is open further down the road. While the construction should not significantly impact your stay, we want to provide you with an honest representation of the ongoing developments in the area. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our priorities.*

If you're looking for the perfect family retreat, look no further than this luxurious "Black Eagle". This townhome is located in the heart of Big Sky Resort's Mountain Village at the very base of Big Sky Resort. With the large windows and amazing views, this townhome will become a family favorite for summer trips and ski vacations! The townhome is within walking distance from the base of Big Sky Resort where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and more.

*Please note that there is ongoing construction in the
vicinity, which may occasionally be audible during your stay.*

This mountain modern townhome was professionally decorated by the area's best and is an ideal summer getaway. The open floor plan on the main level allows you to gather with your family and closest friends, but the multiple levels create privacy and space.

Winter Ski Access: In most Black Eagle townhomes you have to exit out the garage and walk around the corner to access the Bear Back Poma lift, but not in this one. Just exit out the laundry/mudroom door on the second level and pop on the trail that runs right by the door!

* The Bear Back Poma Lift closes on April 16th!

Spend a sunny summer day on the "beach" at nearby Lake Levinsky or take part in the activities offered by Big Sky Resort Basecamp. In the evening, wind down with a soak in your private hot tub with amazing views of the Spanish Peaks Mountain Range. The chef in your family can also prepare the perfect summer feast on the outdoor grill while gazing at picture-perfect Lone Peak. When the sun goes down and things move inside, its time to challenge your family and friends to a game of shuffleboard on the sand-less shuffleboard table!

This home does not have air conditioning.

Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.

Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4-wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

 The location is great for snowboarding. Very short walk to the slopes and food/shops. The house had plenty of amenities for the whole family to be entertained. The house was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again

We had 2 families (9 total) staying in Black Eagle 22 over the 2024 to 2025 winter break. From the time we booked with Two Pines to the time we checked out, this is a 5 star property and property management company. Communication was great with Two Pines at all times, including recommendations on transportation from the airport and early check in. The house was exactly as advertised, including luxurious amenities including a fully stocked and high end kitchen, comfortable bedding, steam showers, big screen TVs, Sonos, shuffle board, hot tub, Weber grill, boot/glove dryers in the garage, and temperature controls in every room. Very easy to walk or ski to the poma lift. Very large and comfortable family room/dining room/kitchen area for gathering. We asked for a few minor items (paper towels, sponge, fire starters) and repairs (door lock on powder room), and Two Pines came right away each time. I highly recommend booking through Two Pines, and staying in Black Eagle 22.
