You’ll enjoy easy, secure entry with an electronic smart lock, making check-in and check-out simple and seamless. Before arrival, you’ll also receive an invitation to our guest portal, where you’ll find our Big Sky Guide Book filled with trip-planning resources, local dining, and hidden gems. This duplex sits on a quiet road just off Lone Mountain Trail and includes a private attached garage with internal access, offering plenty of space for ski gear in winter and hiking gear in summer with the added bonus of a boot and glove dryer. If you need anything during your stay, our local team is always nearby to help.

Parking includes space for one vehicle in the heated garage and one additional vehicle in the driveway. No additional parking is available in the immediate area so please plan accordingly.

This duplex spans three thoughtfully designed levels, offering comfort, privacy, and ample room for groups or families. The entry level features a convenient mudroom with bench seating and storage cubbies, leading into a spacious guest bedroom furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a separate queen bed. A cozy built-in nook with a long bench and flat-screen TV creates an additional hangout space within the room. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a washer and dryer for guest use.

The main living level on the second floor is the heart of the home, designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept living room showcases stunning Lone Peak views and a gas fireplace, flowing seamlessly into the beautifully updated kitchen with expansive countertops, modern finishes, and a generously sized pantry that houses a second full-size refrigerator. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. The dining area opens to a private balcony with seating for four and a direct-connect grill, offering a comfortable outdoor space with mountain views. Also on this level is the primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the private hot tub on the back deck. The en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower.

The third floor overlooks the great room below, giving the home an open, airy feel. A built-in workstation sits in a hallway nook, ideal for remote work. This level includes a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination, along with two additional queen bedrooms, each offering ample closet space. With bedrooms on all three levels, guests enjoy a comfortable balance of togetherness and privacy, making this home exceptionally well-suited for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

Fresh linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and starter-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Starter supplies include paper towels (2 rolls), kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, coffee filters (coffee not supplied), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Kleenex (1 box per bathroom), laundry detergent pod, dryer sheets, and cleaning solution.

Kitchen:
