Big Sky Resort is approximately a 28-minute drive for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, while summer brings hiking, biking, fishing, and scenic drives throughout Southwest Montana. Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance is less than an hour away, making it an easy day trip while still returning to a private, tranquil home at the end of the day.

The home is equipped with heat but does not have air conditioning, which is common in Big Sky due to the region’s cooler mountain climate. Things to Know
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers exceptional privacy and a true sense of seclusion. Wildlife is common in the area and is part of the natural mountain environment. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended year-round, as the neighborhood road is not paved and can be rougher or more challenging to navigate at times, though the driveway itself is paved. Cell phone service is not guaranteed once entering the neighborhood, offering a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings; however, the home does provide free Wi-Fi for staying connected when needed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes. The home does have security cameras present, but are not in operation. The one on the back patio has been disabled and covered to ensure your privacy, the camera on the deck by the door is disabled due to wiring issues and will not be repaired, and there is one above the garage in the driveway in operation and one off the upstairs guest room that faces the woods (for the homeowner to have wildlife viewing). This home is not pet friendly, and pets are not authorized without prior written approval from Two Pines.

This multi-level home is designed with the main living areas and two bedrooms on the primary level, with an additional guest suite located upstairs. The layout provides separation between sleeping spaces while keeping shared living areas easily accessible..

Main Level – Living Spaces and Outdoor Access
The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room, which serve as the central gathering space of the home. The dining table seats eight, with three additional bar seats at the kitchen island. The living room features a wood fireplace and provides direct access to the private exterior patio. A half bathroom is also located on this level for guest use. The Primary Suite is located on the main level and includes a king bed and a gas fireplace in the bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Also on this level, on the opposite side of the home, is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upper Level – Guest Bedroom
The upper level includes a private guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to its own small private balcony.
