Conveniently located in the Big Sky Town Center and pet friendly (dogs allowed with fee), this spacious BRAND NEW townhome is the perfect headquarters for your Big Sky vacation. It is perfect for families because of the main-level and lower-level living rooms with the spacious bunk room for kids on the lower level. Perfect for 2 families or for kids to have their own level. Adults and kids can have their own space to relax!

During the winter, this central location provides prime access to a multitude of Big Sky's winter activities! Enjoy world-class skiing at Big Resort with just a 10-minute drive up the mountain (free parking) or with a 5-minute walk to the Town Center’s mountain shuttle that drops you at the front entrance to the ski area. If you're looking for a different adventure, don't miss out on snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing around Big Sky or in Yellowstone National Park only an hour away. After a fantastic day of outdoor fun, return home for an easy walk to all of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping Big Sky has to offer! Don’t forget to check out the outdoor skating rink and the brand new Town Center community center, also just blocks away. After a long day, take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub or simply relax in the living room while sitting in front of the warm gas fireplace. Let the kids disappear into the cozy lower-level living area for games, movies, or Pac Man.

In the summer, take a short walk (3 blocks) to the Town Center for events such as the Big Sky Farmers Market and Music in the Mountains Concert Series, along with Big Sky's premier event, the PBR Rodeo. This home does not have air conditioning.

Most homes in Big Sky don't, thanks to our typically mild summer temperatures. For a true Montana experience, we recommend our classic "Montana A/C": open the windows at night to let in the cool mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds first thing in the morning to keep the cool air inside throughout the remainder of the day.

Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman Airport
In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride-sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4 wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

210B Pheasant Trail was a great rental. Two Pines made the experience special. They left a hand written note of thanks along with everything we needed for the stay. The place was well cared for and very clean. I appreciate all of the extra effort and attention to detail that Two Pines provided. The location was perfect. We walked to Ousel Falls and walked into town for shopping and dining. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Prior to Covid, I traveled the world on the road 6 months a year and I've stayed at a lot of rentals and dealt with a lot of rental companies. This was my best experience to date! We stayed at 210 B Pheasant Tail Lane in Big Sky which is a Two Pines property. The house was INCREDIBLE and every detail was perfect. From the lights on with music playing when we walked in, to the plush towels to all the kitchen essentials you could need and more. They didn't spare a detail. We will absolutely be coming back and will always go through Two Pines.

This Rental was fantastic. The staff was great. They sent informative emails regarding check-in that made the process so easy along with directions. My family stayed in this unit this past summer and absolute loved it! Its was fresh and clean, modern and spacious. The basement is a great space for the kids to separate and do their own thing. The surrounding amenities were wonderful! A boutiquey town center with shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. We also walked out the door and down the road for a beautiful hike to Ousel Falls. We look forward to returning this winter to ski Big Sky.

We thoroughly enjoyed our late Sep visit to 210B Pheasant Tail. The location made it easy to jump back on Hwy 191 for our hiking and fishing adventures in the area. The driveway and large garage made it easy to 'gear down' after returning back to the house at which point we often opted for the 5-to-7 minute walk to town for a cold beer or take-out dinner. A few little things in the kitchen like the gas range and drip/K-cup coffee maker made it easy to whip breakfast and get ready for the day. The dining area and counter stools made it easy for grown-up's and kids to have plenty of room at dinner, and we enjoyed having the living area's TV on a pivot bracket to watch playoff basketball and baseball. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and had enough room for a kid or two to camp out on the floor had we needed the option (we didn't). Waking up with a view of the ridges above town was pretty cool for our group of East Coasters. The bunks in the basement looked brand new, and the configuration in the basement created an awesome kids' cave. We're looking forward to returning during ski season to enjoy the in-town, winter vibe.

I stayed at this property from September 30 through October 4. The property was very nice. It is essentially brand new. There were four of us and I stayed in the Master bedroom which was very comfortable and a walk in closet made it convenient for all of my luggage. The bed was very good and the family/living area was spacious and very livable. The lower level was great for kids with four bunk beds, a pull out queen sleeper sofa and a day bed with a pull out trundle. There is a nice bathroom and shower on the lower level as well. The room with the bunk beds is separate from the living area and other part of the lower level so girls and boys can have separate areas. The kitchen is new and well furnished and the garage had plenty of room for our fly fishing equipment and will have room for skis and other snow jackets and equipment. The entire condo is very bright with plenty of sunlight and great views of the mountains. The second bedroom upstairs has a deck and tub/shower and also very comfortable. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in the Meadows. We will be returning to this place. The outdoor terrace is great for after skiing or fishing and has ample room. It is hard to find a condo that can handle 4-8 kids comfortably as well as four adults for this price. I highly recommend this home.
