Description

This 2,742 sq. ft Crail Ranch Condo is located in the Big Sky Meadow Village area directly behind the Historic Crail Ranch Homestead. In the winter, enjoy relaxing by the wood burning stove in the living room and soaking in the private outdoor hot tub. Nordic skiing starts right out the front door with trails that lead across the nearby golf course. Lone Mountain Ranch is a world-class nordic ski destination and it is a short ski (or drive) from the townhome. Lone Mountain Ranch offers 85 kilometers of world-class groomed ski trails and is a great spot for experts and those new to the sport of nordic skiing. Big Sky Resort is just a ten minute drive up Lone Mountain Trail from the townhome and offers the chance to experience the "Biggest Skiing in America," with 5,800 skiable acres!

This Townhome is also directly across from the Big Sky Resort Golf Course. The “Ranch” as we like to call it, is only a few minutes walking distance away from the Big Sky Community Park as well as the Meadow Village Area which is full of restaurants, boutiques, and a grocery store. Let this home serve as your basecamp to Yellowstone National Park, by being only a beautiful 45 minute drive from Yellowstone's West Entrance.

At the Ranch, winter or summer, you can enjoy expansive mountain range views from the deck while also listening to the West Fork of the Gallatin River all night long.

*Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night, and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well. 

*Transportation to Big Sky from Bozeman Airport

In order to experience all that Big Sky has to offer, it is helpful to have access to a vehicle during your stay. This allows you to travel seamlessly throughout the community from the Gallatin River to Lone Peak. While ride sharing and taxi services are abundant in other communities, Big Sky remains a small town with limited options for transportation. We offer a 5% discount code to Explore Rentals for confirmed guests. They are located minutes away from the Bozeman Airport and provide 4 wheel drive vehicles with dedicated snow tires in the winter and all-season tires in the summer!

When the power was out for the day, management did find us a another location to stay in if the power was not able to come on during the night hours. However the electricity did come back on by 7 PM so we did not need to move. We were in constant conversation with Two Pines Property Management during that time period.
