After owning and operating his own successful business in Helena with his spouse, Jared- The Oddfellow Inn & Farm and restaurant Maison- Paul understands the ins and outs of running a business, building a quality staff, and creating an unforgettable experience for patrons. Uniquely, Paul understands ‘seasonality’ in its purest form. Having managed a working farm-to-table concept where the land, the farmers, the chefs, and even the guests, all had to embrace change and transition on a consistent basis, Paul was still able to create steady and successful rhythms within the business. There exist real challenges to creating a 5-star guest experience in Big Sky and different seasons will bring with them new challenges. We are truly grateful to have a visionary like Paul, who embraces change while also embodying steadfastness, on our team.
With his previous entrepreneurial achievements, resolute background in property management and hospitality, and ability to conjure up epic snow storms (It snowed several feet his first day at the office), we have no doubt in our mind Paul is going to be an incredible asset to the Two Pines team and a welcome addition to the Big Sky community.
