Job Overview
We’re looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our team in Big Sky. In this role, you’ll be the go-to local contact for property owners, helping with everything from onboarding new homes to resolving concerns and supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, high service standards, and a consistently excellent experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Meet with current and prospective clients to provide support and answer questions
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding homes and related operational tasks
- Ensure client retention by proactively addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with revenue management to ensure top performance
- Support owner billing, account questions, and monthly statement creation
- Assist with guest services and after-hours needs
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years)
- Willingness to occasionally support outside normal hours
- Basic accounting skills, including experience with creating and reviewing statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Excel/Google Sheets, and email communication
